The Controller offers three easy-to-use data sites to help taxpayers learn more about the spending and accounting of taxpayer dollars at the State and local level.

At the Rainbow Municipal Water District, elected board members are eligible to receive $150 per meeting, with a maximum of six meetings per month.  In addition, directors may receive mileage reimbursement at the rate specified in the Internal Revenue Service Rates.  Board members do not receive any district-paid benefits and do not participate in the district’s retirement plan.
