Water and Wastewater Master Plan Update

The report presents the findings and recommendations of the 2015 Water and Wastewater Facilities Master Plan Update (Master Plan) for the Rainbow Municipal Water District. The report provides a comprehensive review of the Districts potable and wastewater systems, and identifies a plan of capital improvements necessary for the systems to adapt to future conditions, including major planned land development projects, while providing reliable and economical service to the Districts customers.
