Board Member: Division 4

Division 4 is served by Director Patti Townsend-Smith.  Director Townsend-Smith also serves as the Board-appointed representative on RMWD's Budget and Finance Committee.  Division 4 represents the area near Interstate 15, south of Reche Road and north of Lilac Road. The division generally is bounded by Reche Road on the North, Wilt/Sumac/Sage Roads on the west, Lilac Road on the south and Escondido on the east.
